I attended undergrad at Morehead State University, followed by law school at the University of Kentucky College of Law. I met my husband, Adam, while I was attending law school when we were both assigned to the same adult co-ed soccer team. I have been with Fugitt Law Office here in Winchester since my first year of law school when I accepted a summer internship there. Upon graduation and passing the Kentucky bar exam, I took over the law firm. I have truly enjoyed getting to know Winchester, a charming small town very much like my hometown of Morehead, Kentucky. In my free time, I enjoy being with my husband and our dog, Trevor, a golden retriever, outside, walking and hiking, playing adult sports and pretending to still be athletic, and traveling as much as we can around the globe.

I am a lifelong Central Kentucky resident, growing up in Paris before moving to Winchester in 2001. My husband Dean and I have two beautiful daughters. Our oldest, Hollie, bought her childhood home from us and we bought a bigger home across the street. Our youngest, Dakota, is a sophomore at the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg. My house can be a bit of a zoo sometimes with our three dogs Kaci, Maggie, and Louie, and three cats, Josie, Boogie, and Buddy. I am a local real estate agent with RE/MAX Creative Realty and have been very passionate about guiding folks through the buying and selling process since 2004. And while the rest of the world hates Mondays, I love them! It gives me a fresh slate for the week. I'm ambitious and I make an effort to encourage others by showing them you can change your situation or circumstances. I look for the positives in everything I do. In my free time, you might find me floating in the pool, kayaking, playing with my animals, or maybe driving the country backroads listening to music or embarking on the never-ending projects of remodeling an older home. My passion is to help others and to support my community, especially small businesses. I also serve on the board for our local Kiwanis chapter, a board member of Friends of Parks and Recreation, am a member of the Clark County Activity Coalition and am a huge advocate for Children’s Miracle Network.
