In the Community

The primary goal of our street outreach initiative is to locate and connect with individuals residing in unsheltered environments, including vehicles, public parks, vacant structures, makeshift camps, and sidewalks.  This program plays a vital role within the framework aimed at ending homelessness.  Street outreach efforts target individuals who may not actively seek help or be noticed by the existing homelessness support system.  Moreover, it strives to fulfill people's fundamental necessities while guiding them on the path towards achieving stable housing conditions.
