Transitional Housing

We are able to provide transitional housing units for up to three families at a time who are facing homelessness.

Services:

• Housing Plan - Together, clients and their case manager will work to set goals to help you achieve stable housing, and determine steps that are needed to reach goals.  We will assist in identifying and applying for all housing options that may be available.

• Case Management - Clients will have a scheduled time to meet with their case manager to help in achieving their goals.  The staff are also available to meet with clients at other times according to availability.

• Referrals and Advocacy - We provide information and assistance with getting services clients may need from other agencies in the community.
